Plant Journeying Series

with Judy Lieblein, Shamanic Practitioner, Herbalist, Animal Communicator and Reiki Master

Saturdays from 1:30-4pm: June 13. Each class may be taken individually

A plant’s story, medicine and magic is available to us at all times and in a variety of ways. This Winter, we will focus on a few of the most powerful, beloved and treasured plants of all time ~ Cacao, Roses and one of my personal allies Yellow Pond Lily. All Bliss Medicines! Winter is the perfect time to explore and experience the deeper states and healing these plants can bring. Come join us for a Winter Journey in Bliss medicine.

In each class, we will explore the different ways plants weave their magic through the telling of their story in relation to their cultural uses, appearance, habitat and energetic make-up. A direct experience of journeying with the plant through meditation, ingesting a small dose of tincture, flower essence and/or tea and a plant attunement will further foster the connection. There will be time for the integration of this knowledge through the sharing of our experiences and/or journaling. This is plant spirit medicine!

For each class we will open our minds, hearts and senses to new worlds and possibilities through one plant. Join us for an empowering, fun and enlightening way to access our own inherent wisdom and deepen our connection to ourselves and the world around us. No experience is necessary. Class size is limited to ten. Please bring a journal!

June 13 - Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) - Fennel has been one of my top 20 herbs for over 20 years. Helping with all matters of digestion and assimilation of food, thoughts, ideas and experiences. Come journey with Fennel and experience a greater sense of grounding and purpose.

If you have ever wanted to learn to work with plants from an organic and magical place this is a great place to start!

Introduction to Herbal Energetics
Wednesday, October 7th from 7-9pm
Learning and understanding the language of Herbal Energetics is an exciting and empowering way to work with Herbs. Herbal Energetics is a system that has been used for thousands of years in India, China, Tibet and in the Americas by Indigenous Native Tribes. The Energetic system is a method to understand how a plant moves through the body, mind and senses. How it affects the different organs, body systems and tissue states. In this class, we will be exploring the 6 tastes and the 20 attributes by tasting a variety of herbs to acquaint our body, mind and spirit with Herbal Energetics. Please bring a journal. No previous experience is necessary.

Introduction to Plant Journeying

A plant’s story, medicine and magic is available to us at all times and in a variety of ways. In this class, you will learn different techniques to connect to the plants, basic Herbal Energetics, states to enhance the connection and the benefits of Journeying. A direct experience of Journeying with a plant through meditation and ingesting a small dose of tincture and/or a flower essence will follow. A plant attunement will further foster the connection.
